Assembly, installation and testing of 4 hydraulic arms for fluid loading

Activities: assembly, assembly and start-up of four arms that will be used for the loading and unloading of fluids in the port. Activities were carried out such as the assembly, installation and balancing of the bases and arms; installation of hydraulic system and electrical system; hose connections and control signals; lubrication of the system and tests required by the manufacturer to guarantee correct operation and assembly.

PERFORMED ACTIVITIES:

  1. Assemble and disassemble multidirectional scaffolds.

  2. Securing, blocking the equipment and bracing the scaffold.

  3. Inspection of the state of the equipment.

  4. Disassemble Hydraulic Cylinders and Hoses

  5. Repairs and replacement of elements in poor condition.

  6. Surface Preparation (SSPC - SP3) and Industrial Coating Application.

  7. Bearing lubrication

  8. Torque of the screws of the structural part

  9. Cleaning the electrical elements

  10. Mounting of hydraulic cylinders.

  11. Lubrication of the guayas.
